1 zucchini
1 aubergine
4–6 big tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
oil
juice from half a lemon
1–2 tsp. thyme or 3–4 tbl. fresh, chopped thyme
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
chopped parsley
